Logo design

Besides designing our website, I’ve also designed the logo for our brand! We eventually decided on the logo on the left, with the lowerpart being a great letter-logo for stand-alone use.

Photography

At Hassing Taxidermy I’m responsible for the photography in our in-house studio!

ATQM

We’ve build the ATQM site exclusively  using computer programming, so everything you can see on that website is handcrafted by us!

Webdesign

We’ve done our utmost to make sure that our website is the best it can be, which was quite challenging being that we had no prior knowledge about, building websites from scratch, nor did we have any knowledge about 3d imaging in the browser!

3D in the browser

We didn’t have any experience with working in 3d in the browser, so it was quite difficult to get everything to work properly, but we managed to do it! We used HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT and the library THREEJS to get the results you can see on the website!

Technasium

Technasium is a subject in which students start with relatively simple projects. During their Technasium training they develop the skills to design solutions for increasingly more complex technological issues. Technasium pupils graduate with an extensive thesis, called a “meesterproef” in which they conduct research into and make a design for a current practical case at higher professional or university level. What is "MIJNBOUW"

Mijnbouw is a 3 to 5 player action packed board game where your objective is to escape the cursed mine in which you are traped! This mine is filled with paranormal activities, the walls can move, will you be the first to escape?

Design proces,

We’ve designed everything in our game ourselves, from the pawns to the art on the box. Even the art on our cards we’ve created ourselves! We’ve created the images on our cards in a piece of 3d software called Blender paired with adobe illustrator! On the right you can see a smal preview of what this proces looked like.

Designs!

In total we’ve created 28 unique cards with each card serving a different purpose

On the right you can see an overview of how our design structure for these cards!

Gameloop

Our game revolves around octagonal tiles with a given walk-direction. You’ll have to throw the dice, walk the given amount of steps on our board. The space on which you land will dictate your next move, a green space means you can change the tiles that are currently in play. A yellow space means you can draw a card.

The cards in our game can be compared to UNO cards,  You can hinder other players with them or help yourself win, whatever you choose to do during the game don’t forget to have fun! cause the game can get quite heated…

Game Experience

To get an opinion on our boardgame we’ve asked several people to playtest our game. Al of our playtesters have been given a survey, at the end of the servey they where asked to give us a grade mark.

Besides our playtesters we’ve also been given a grademark by the jury for our product which can also been seen on the left!

The project,

At the start of the pandemic, me and my group members had decided to task ourselves with the creation of an information video. At time we decided to tackle this project, information about the virus was scarce and there was a lot of fear for the unknown, that was the coronavirus back then.

Animation

before we started working on this short informatic video, we had little to no experience when it came to animation, but we decided no challenge was to big and made sure that

Script

In total we’ve created 10 unique scenes with over 20 different shots. In which, each scene has been tailormade to fit our storyboard and voice-over as good as possible.

On the right you can find our finished report about the video
